Maddie is a certified personal trainer in Hong Kong who specialises in pre and postnatal fitness.
She previously worked as a yoga teacher for 4 years teaching many different styles of yoga, movement and mobility whilst working as a personal trainer part-time. Maddie now dedicates her time to coaching people 1:1 to help her clients make long-lasting and healthier lifestyle choices. She uses her experience as a yoga teacher to make individualised programs for her clients, incorporating mobility, strength and breathwork.
Maddie loves helping people. She wants to help people realise that health and fitness don’t have to be all or nothing. She especially loves working with mums-to-be and new mums, helping them find their way back to their bodies through consistency, patience and compassion.
Maddie also works with physiotherapists to ensure her clients get the best possible program.
